This study aims to analyze the changes in the form of verbs (fi‘l) in the first 20 verses of Surah Yasin based on the study of shorof science. Surah Yasin is known as one of the surahs of the Qur'an that is rich in beautiful language and rhetorical power, so it is interesting to study from the perspective of Arabic morphology. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a text analysis method. Data were analyzed by identifying the fi‘l that appear in the text, examining the changes in their forms (madhi, mudhari‘, amr, masdar, isim fa‘il, isim maf‘ul), and interpreting the implications of their meaning in the context of the verses. The results of the study show that changes in the form of fi‘l in Surah Yasin are used in a very varied way and have a strong thematic function. The form of fi‘l madhi is used to indicate the affirmation of events that have occurred, while fi‘l mudhari‘ emphasizes the process that is taking place or will occur. The use of passive forms, isim fa‘il, and masdar provides a richness of meaning and strengthens the expressive power of the verses. In addition, changes in the form of fi'l also play a role in building emotional and rhetorical nuances that deepen the understanding of the divine message. This finding emphasizes the importance of mastering the science of shorof in the study of the Qur'an. By understanding the changes in the form of verbs, readers can capture richer and deeper meanings from the holy text. This study also contributes to the development of Arabic language teaching methods, especially in the context of understanding the Qur'an.
