Peningkatan Murid dalam Menerima Pembelajaran dari Guru di MTs Al Washliyah Percut

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies to improve students' ability to receive learning from teachers at MTs Al Washliyah Percut. The research background is based on the important role of teachers in creating active, innovative, and locally relevant learning, considering that data from the Ministry of Education (2022) shows that 42% of junior high school/Islamic junior high school students in Indonesia experience difficulty understanding material due to a lack of varied learning methods. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that learning success is influenced by teachers' ability to manage the classroom, establish two-way communication, relate some material to students' daily lives, and provide consistent motivation. Barriers identified include limitations, lack of innovation training for teachers, and low parental involvement. This study recommends
