PERAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PENDIDIKAN

This research explains the crucial role of communication in increasing learning effectiveness and achieving educational goals. The method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. The data used is secondary and obtained from journal articles, books and relevant information related to research. The research results show that communication has a vital role for teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process, where teachers can build students' understanding of the material being taught. The quality of education becomes more meaningful when there is intensive communication between teachers and students. Intensive communication allows teachers to understand the psychological condition and level of emotional development of students. Apart from that, teachers can also accurately identify the level of difficulty faced by students during the learning process.
