Peran Masyarakat Terhadap Pendidikan Dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam

Education is a shared responsibility between the government, parents, and the community. This study aims to explore the role of society in supporting Islamic education, particularly in creating a conducive learning environment grounded in Islamic values. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, analyzing relevant sources from academic journals, books, and legal regulations. The results reveal five key forms of community involvement: revitalizing the role of the family (madrasatul ula), strengthening learning communities based on mosques and non-formal institutions, active participation in school/madrasah committees, support for religious education programs, and the establishment of quality-based Islamic educational institutions. The implementation of these roles has significantly contributed to improving the quality of Islamic education in the modern era.
